We take our responsibilities towards tenants seriously:

We offer accompanied viewings so that all your questions can be answered personally
 
Your deposit (equivalent to one month’s rent paid in advance) is paid into an approved Tenancy Deposit Scheme and secured for the duration of the tenancy.

Our managed properties are gas and electrical safety certificated, hold Energy Performance Certificates, are HMO certified and so on.

If you have a repair or maintenance problem, we will respond to this as soon as possible and keep you informed about repairs and timescales.

We carry out regular inspections offering you the opportunity to raise any issues.
At the end of the tenancy, we will deal promptly with any concerns so that you can move on with confidence.
